The rent is very reasonable and the location is within walking distance to many stores and restaurants downtown. Jill is very polite and takes care of the apartment building well. She let me rent a short lease so I could stay in Findlay on my co-ops and I really appreciate it! Whenever I needed something, she was always there to help. I felt a little nervous to live on my own for the first time, but I had no worries while staying here because the building is very secure and quiet. My apartment was also very clean at move in, and Jill was quick with returning my deposit in full. I highly recommend staying here to anyone looking for a place to call home in Findlay!"

Overall great landlords any issues that I have had while living in the apartment has been dealt with the same day ( only issue while here was the shower not turning on one morning) I let them know in the morning and the issue was corrected by the time I returned home from work in the evening. The apartment is conveniently located close to I75 and downtown Findlay so ease of access to everything from food to shopping to recreational activities!"
