"A quiet place to live. Has apartments upstairs and downstairs. It has a laundry room. The dumpster is away from the building so you know your trash is way from the building not next to you were you sleep. The grass is mowed for you gives you more time to your self."

"Very dangerous apartment complex. My child informed me that a friend of theirs lives here and feels the need to carry a knife everywhere they go, even inside their own apartment. Quite sad that a 13 yr old child is unable to feel safe at home."

"This place is a joke. The office is rude and wont explain anything. I pay my rent with no government assistance and she just raised my rent 150 a month and for what. The halls are dirty and stink of pot. They dont fix anything. They dont take care of problem neighbors that are always causing problems. And when u ask for corporates phone number they tell you no. If.i had somewhere else to move too I would. Am going to report to better business bureau on monday."

"This place doesn't care about it's occupants the lady up front I'd rude and single minded if she doesn't like you or something your screwed. Work orders have been filed for months a few going on years and yet nothing has been done. 8 different managers in 2 years one of which is my friend so I heard all about what goes on behind those doors in the office. My gf has 4 child 1 is mine living there and there is mold under her sink and has been there for months we've tried removing it and cleaning it our self but the hole bottem needs replaced do they car nope they've had 4 to 5 different maintenance people in 2 years had to threaten calling the news and and the news actually calling them about stuff just to get it done. This place is only worth living if you live off the government and don't have to pay anything if you had to pay it's not worth it this place is bad bad bad heed my warning"
