"The best dental place hands down , the fact that Akron children’s hospital be booked and don’t accept new patients and this dentist allows you to take your child , they will make sure your child gets taken care of with every need!! They are gentle and they work very fast!! Plus they have doctors who actually know what they’re doing !! I will definitely recommend!!"
"My kids have been going here for years. Just recently though things have been not right. When u call 90% of time u get a vm and they dont call you back if you leave one. Then i took my kids in for an yearly exam. They literally brushed their teeth with a tooth brush for the cleaning. Then told them they were done. Now im womdering if i need to take them somewhere else for a real annual exam. You can believe they did xrays and charged for everything tho."
"Definitely would not recommend this office to anyone. Not only did they schedule my son for us to show up and not be on the schedule when I had their appointment card the people they contract out for the anesthesia was very rude to me because of how my sons father reacted to the mistakes of the office. When I say rude when I wasn’t the one that treated her that way? Is an understatement. Then they decide to refuse to see my son at all. Without even talking to me or my sons father to follow up on what happened when we started off with them messing up in the first place. The doctor barely even checked my sons mouth and I’m glad it ended up this way. Horrible office! Good luck to anyone that goes there. The ladies in the back are super nice but definitely not the office ladies. Felt sketchy from the start God just helped me out. I didn’t feel safe at all."
