"Scheduling an appointment is time consuming. In December an appointment was supposed to be scheduled for Monday however we were given Thursday. I checked six days prior to Monday and seen the wrong date, so I called and was able to talk to two different people and was told that my child could have an appointment for Monday it just would not be with the same Dentist. I checked the following day in My Chart, noticed the appointment was not changed to Monday. I called and was told that Monday is not possible. I think that should have been relayed to me so I can leave my work on the appropriate day to be available when the Dentist is. "No one notified me that Monday would not be available.""
