"Unfavorable treatment From staff. Waited 40 minutes to have dental records released and was not aided in finding a proper provider to continue treatment elsewhere. Do not go here if you are not in network with your insurance"

"Very upsetting treatment. My partner, who is autistic and has sensory processing issues, was not offered any sort of numbing agent, topical or injected, for a major procedure. The procedure was scheduled due to extremely inflammed and swollen gum tissue, so my partner is already in pain, and came out of the office in tears with a mouth full of blood. She was shamed by the hygienist and, even though we were promised a referral if this procedure couldn't be done without sedation, we weren't given one. If you need any extra care or extra support, avoid this place at all costs. It seems like they do what they can to cut costs, even at the expense of the patient and their well-being, and have no empathy for life circumstances."

"Let's just keep it simple. These twowomen do amazing work at this office! Very considerate to my needs and went above and beyond to accommodate me. They made myself and my daughter feel very welcomed. And their work that they do is A++ they get you in & out quick. And most importantly they restored my confidence& made my smile beautiful again. "They don't have any experience. UPDATE: When I went here the periodontist told me that I would need a frenectimy done. After the gun cleaning, I was in severe pain, considering they didn't have to do any cutting, and that they "numbed " me. A week or 2 after the cleaning I had received a call talking about I had an appointment the next day, when clearly I didn't schedule for another appointment, but they took it upon themselves to do that without my permission. I eventually scheduled to go to Hylan Dental, during my appointment they told me that I have a bad amount of bone loss in teeth and that the only thing they could do is extract them. But instead they referred me to Case university and said that they specialize in saving teeth and what not. My time spent at valentina dobre clinic, never has she mentioned bone loss to me. All she wanted was to do surgery to get more money, BE CAREFUL THAT'S HOW THEY GET YOU!! When I was at Hylan Dental they didn't say anything about me needing a frenectomy done."
