"I was very impressed with the service I received @ Beckham Square Family Dental. Begining with the receptionist, how polite and welcoming she was. Receiving a very thorough x-ray, exam, teeth cleaning and impressions. The doctor was very knowledgeable and extremely professional. I've never visited a dental office that every one was on one accord and accurately carried out there duties.Outstanding job, I'm excited about my next visit, planning on switching from my current dentist to them. Job well done! I'm extremely grateful. I thank each and everyone of you."

"I was referred to Beckham Square by my co-workers and so very hopeful but again, disappointed that doctors seem to be more concerned about themselves than what their patients needs are. I was offered a certain type of partial by my previous dentist but he was retiring and could not complete the process. Since then, I have been to 2 dentists who would only consider expensive and time consuming implants or a denture that would " look good , but not be comfortable or work very well" Why would I want to spend money and time on something that I will most likely not be happy with? As a Healthcare worker, I am well aware of liability and risk but that comes with any procedure. It is frustrating and discouraging to feel forced into expensive and/or options that are up front not very functional.All of that being said, the staff were friendly."

"My family has been seen by Beckham square team for almost two years now. For my daughters last visit she was not seen by a dentist, she was evaluated by other staff alone for clean up. We were not informed of this until the visit. I think it’s important to be transparent with your patients about the care they will be receiving. Additionally I have had my appointment times changed based on dentist availability in the past which has caused me inconvenience. Overall I am not pleased with the service and as a family will not be returning ."

"I had an emergency because I chipped a tooth. I called around to different dentist's and Dr. Schmerler said she would fit me in. She fixed my tooth.i was so impressed by how I was treated and the professional atmosphere that I went for a cleaning. The dental hygienist did an amazing job and I really enjoyed my visit. I have now been a patient of Dr Schmerlers for a few years. Each experience has been wonderful. I would highly recommend this facility. Their staff is awesome"
