"The quality of dentistry is impeccable and the dentists, hygienists and staff are friendly and engaging but there’s a catch when you retire and need Medicare dental coverage. Mt Lookout Dentistry does not accept any Medicare dental insurance. After decades of being a loyal patient they turned me out to pasture. I know it’s a business decision but it hurts. I’m leaving this review for any current or future patients that are approaching Medicare age so you know what to expect. If Mt Lookout Dentistry would like to contest anything I’ve posted I would welcome a response."

"I have had the privilege and pleasure of being a patient of Dr. Croop, DDS, and Mrs. Pieper, RDH for nearly 8 years now. To put it simply, I cannot find enough words to thank them, recommend them or to praise their skillful and gentle touch. They maintain the highest level of professional knowledge and standards, and every visit, from my semi-annual cleanings and check-ups to more advanced procedures I needed, reaffirms their exceptional expertise. And if that weren't enough, they are wonderful individuals, kind and pleasant. The rest of the team couldn't be an exception, and the entire office operates like a Swiss watch: impeccable organization from the front desk and other specialties (yes, I continued going during the pandemic, and it's incredible how they meticulously and effectively managed the entire situation), they are always punctual for appointments, ensure that the office environment is spotless in every aspect, and make sure there is an absolutely positive atmosphere in the space. In short, if you are fortunate enough to be a part of their schedule, it will feel like you've won the dental care/hygiene jackpot. P.S.
