"Had an appointment when I called to see if they had found me something earlier which I was told there by their secretary that I would I made a call to confirm and to see why I never got a call she told me I forgot I put somebody else in your place you’re gonna have to make another an appointment or wait for a cancellation so when you go into that type of place like that and you have an appointment they will put you out and put someone else in and not tell you very unprofessional I asked to speak with the owner or the supervisor she said good luck with that very unprofessional and I hung up on her not gonna lie about that because she lied and said that they weren’t there playing with peoples health What a rude secretary You call yourself I have an appointment scheduled and you tell me that you gave it to somebody else where they do those things at you’re rude you don’t need to work to be a secretary dealing with patients that take care of health or anything the one thing I was just out of words when she said oh I forgot and I asked her I said you forgot so it’s my fault basically yeah that’s what I was told I just got into silence and I hung up on her your people skills are very off stupidness"

"I tried to make an appointment person on phone was nasty and rude and even hung up on me. So I went in today and she started in as soon as I asked her a question. I like the dentist who do the work and have used them over the years until recently. The young black girl at the front was so nasty and by the time I left they gave me the ultimatum apologize to her abs she would apologize or I could go elsewhere. Well baby I'm going elsewhere. I canceled the appointment. He told me they are so short staff he can't loose her. So he rather keep that kind of firt interaction and face of the business than patients. That's fine. And funny I saw a review from two months ago about this same girl. Like I said she a problem. I know none my friends or family coming back to them after this."

"The dentist themselves are very nice and professional it’s that young black receptionist they have front desk. When you call to make certain appointments or have questions she tell you she’ll check with the dentist and call you back. Never do. Had this about 3 separate times happen with her. She gives off attitude if you pop and ask why she didn’t return the call so you decided to just show up. Very sassy nasty attitude."

"very kind owners and staff. they were able to take me as a walk in this morning and take a look at my broken tooth, which has been causing a lot of pain. They didn’t take my insurance and were kind enough to refer me to a private specialist and prescribe me some antibiotics to hold me over until the root canal with the specialist. I will definitely return for regular cleanings!"
