"I had a root canal performed there towards the end of 2023. A week ago (February 2024) I get billed for yet more money and through investigation discovered they’re billing me for the difference between their billed amount and the contracted reimbursement amount (which they agreed to) from my insurance company. This of course is NOT allowed. My insurance company contacted them and they refused to back down so I had to file a grievance with my insurance company to dispute it. I’d rate a zero if I could. Sadly the procedure was performed very well (oddly enough the Endodontist was leaving Aspen in a few days…wonder why). Potential patients beware"

When discussing payment / fees before your service ask the Aspen Associate about dental savings plans that they accept. I encourage people to consider the Carington plan at approximately $100 for a yearly membership. This plan saved me over $600 from the quoted Aspen prices for a cleaning, filling and crown. Well worth the membership fee. I have found the staff and Doctors here to be very professional and offer excellent dental services."

"Office staff was friendly. I checked in and was seen within 10 minutes. The dentist and hygienist were calm, friendly and explain the procedure before hand and provided follow up instructions. I enjoy my time with Aspen and i recommend them everytime someone asks about a dentist."
