"I went here for braces, and I plan to never be back for any reason. The braces broke several times and the wires kept shifting so they would poke my cheeks (ouch). I was supposed to see the same person each time because she was supposed to help with the wire shifting issue, but I kept ending up with different people. When the braces came off, Dr. Burke said job well done - even though I still have a huge gap and the middle of my bottom teeth don't aline with the middle of my top teeth. When the retainers close my big gap a little bit, there's a new gap that opens up between two other teeth. The one or two options they offered to close my big gap I turned down, but at my last appointment they sent me to make an appointment for one of those solutions anyway. I didn't go back after that. It's fine if those were the only solutions they had, and I understand that, because I started treatment at an older age than usual, there was a chance my teeth wouldn't adjust as desired (they warned me of that at the beginning). However, they should've just been honest with me through the whole process and told me that was all they had to offer or that my teeth were adjusted as much as was possible, or they could've referred me to someone who could've given me a second opinion at the end. The only thing I can give them is the employees are nice and I think my bite improved, but I definitely can't say that they gave me a gorgeous smile."
