"Went a few years wasn't happy with girl at front desk she should have explained the problem but got smart so I tried them last week I absolutely love them girl at front desk helped me get in quick I had two bad teeth didn't get pulled that day but got a,text when I got home they had cancelation next morning so I went in scared but the dentist was amazing best dentist I have been to out of my 70 years he did acupuncture cause I have bad gag relax then not only did he pack and stich my gums but gave me antibiotics I had no trouble what so ever with my mouth going back February for cleaning"

"I've been going to them for a few yrs now & I like their customer service & service overall. They have you in & out pretty quickly. Their main dentist Dr Muster is very experienced, knowledgeable & fair. He has a excellent bedside manner & is very personable. My only complaint is they NEVER EVER ANSWER THEIR PHONES ANYMORE. You leave a message & you'll be lucky if they call you back. The lady that does your fillings will have your tooth sensitive to cold & aching for months. I don't think that's normal. Otherwise, the ladies that does your cleanings, x-rays, etc & the dentist are excellent."

"Would not recommend. I’ve had problems with my teeth since being at this dentist. The front desk rarely answers phone calls or returns voicemails in my experience. The male dentist never made me feel comfortable, educated, or informed during my care. The individuals that cleaned my teeth did not do a great job. I had to push to advocate for myself by asking the tough questions of why, explain, etc. when I feel that should be explained prior to doing a procedure. There was too much guess work for me vs educated decisions. I really have nothing positive to say other than I hope they improve and one day become a better practice. After going to a 5 star reviewed dentist that’s 45 minutes away from me (SO worth it) I realized the care I was missing. My new dentist is informative without being rude, the hygienist cleaned my teeth better than I knew was possible, and the staff are all professional/polite. All I would say is if you have no problems with this dentist you can stay and maybe have a positive or neutral experience but if you are unsure or have any concerns, do no settle!"
