"I manage a group home for persons with intellectual disabilities. I was referred to Dr. Dornauer for one of my residents. When I called to make the appointment several weeks ago I fully explained the situation and the need for a tooth extraction for my resident. I explained that she was non cooperative with a different oral surgeon with X-rays and that I would pre medicate the person so we could achieve successful outcomes for her. Upon arrival I was asked to step into the hall from the waiting area and told that they would not see my resident if she wouldn’t cooperate. At this point she was quite loopy from the med and would have cooperated. They flat out refused to even attempt to look at her and told me I did not give them proper information when scheduling her appointment. They are not professional and will not serve people with disabilities."

"I was referred to this office for an extraction and the lady answering the phone was extremely unhelpful and condescending. She didn't listen that I am in pain and wanted to schedule me a month and half out because they're so busy. I kindly thank her for her time and said I would look for other options because I'm in pain and can't wait that long. She replies, "Well good luck with that because everyone is busy now." I called another oral surgeon and they have me in next week. Maybe the doctor and other staff are good but the woman answering the phone was awful."

"Messed up putting the IV in my hand both times so instead of the saline going in my vein it went in my hand when expressed that it was hurting me doctor threw up his hand said I guess we're not doing it and left. Ended up having a panic attack which the nurses described as me being emotional when explaining to the family member waiting for me what was going on. if you're planning on getting anything done I seriously suggest looking for somewhere else to go"

"I cannot say enough about Dr. Dornauer and his staff! Everything was explained in full, from billing to treatment expectations! The front desk assisted me with finding my insurance information and even printed me my own "insurance card". I felt completely comfortable ( I am normally terrified ). Dr. DORNAUER and his staff were amazing before, during, and after my surgery. Love this Dr and his office! Thank you!"
