"Horrible place !!! Do not go !!! No one knows anything that is going on except the one doing the xray. The dr is so old he’s a casket dodger literally !! The poor thing could barely walk, didn’t know how to raise and lower the chair. Told me there was nothing wrong with my teeth but yet they are very sensitive, so then a lady who says she thinks she is the office manager that day tell me that it would cost $1000 for a cleaning !!!! Mind you I have two insurance. Then wanted to charge more money for something to paste on my teeth, but yet know one knew what it was or how much it was !!!! Do not ever waste your time !!!!"
"Just went into the office today to have X-rays and an exam done. The staff was very nice and super helpful. The office manager was very pleasant to speak with and was not pushy at all with getting the cleaning done. I highly recommend going here for your dental needs."
"These false teeth suck. I've had them for several months and no matter how many times I try or what I'm eating, these teeth are dull. I have to remove them to be able to eat. There is not enough teeth exposed and are not even a little sharp to be able to break food down. My gums do a better job. What a waste of time and money!"
"they take advantage of their patients with their financial plans. if you cancel appointments or procedure with them they claim the manager will call you back an no one calls you back then they still charge you the full amount of the procedure u canceled with. not worth the 1 start but yall just be careful when using their services!!!!"
"Thought I'd already left a review, but not able to find it to update it. My initial impression was not good. I made an appt, but it ended up being canceled the day of the appointment. The office staff blamed it on "corporate" scheduling appts and not being aware of their staff - so they didn't have a dentist available. Unfortunately I was already on my way and missed their call, so made the trip in pointlessly. Scheduled another appt time and came back. I wasn't overly impressed with the dentist, but the hygenist seemed nice. They took a ton of xrays and talked to me about a multitude of things that needed done. I was in need of a tooth extraction and that was the point of my visit. At first the dentist tried to tell me it needed a root canal. I told him no, the tooth was cracked and in poor shape and needed to come out. He then agreed with me. I did schedule the tooth extraction for 2 days later and put an unreasonable amount of money down toward various other procedures. I was told he would prescribe me something to calm me down prior to the procedure. Whatever he prescribed had zero effect on me - I dont drink or take any drugs so typically I'm a lightweight. No idea what it was, but it didnt work. He broke the tooth during the extraction, but things seemed to go well. I was healing well, and then started to get bone spurs. I've had 4 other teeth removed in the past, I've never had a single bone spur. I called a family friend who had had their teeth removed for dentures last year and asked her about bone spurs, she said she had them something awful and warned me DO NOT GO TO ASPEN DENTAL! After reading other comments here, I've chosen to go to another office to get the bone spurs taken care of. In order to get a copy of your xrays you must physically go to aspen dental and sign for them and then they print them and give them to you, the will transfer them no other way, so if you ever move, make sure you go in and get copies! I also asked for an itemized bill and they told me "oh, we dont do that". In requesting a refund for the money I put down on future procedures, I was told that corporate takes care of that and it can take up to 30 days before you see it on your credit card. (I made a note on my calendar to check for the refund in 30 days) Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else!"
