It’s all about how you present yourself and return the presentation to have an outstanding experience over the phone (I live out of state) is amazing! "I was a patient for 38 years!! Ever since they moved to the new "practice" this place is a disaster!! They NEVER answer the phone calls and VERY unorganized. I reached out to the CEO (Joe) at His request over 20 times and left Email and nothing!! I truly believe the CEO and Amanda Kiddey only care about the paycheck. If You need good healthcare, AVOID CHS!!!!"

"Ever since Todd Meredith left this place went from amazing to a joke and a half! Can only talk about 2 things you're having issues with!!! 2!! That's how they make their money! And schedule you without your knowledge so they can drop you like a hat. Forget trying to appeal it because it won't get you anywhere! I wish I could give no star's! Also they know I have asthma, I asked for a rescue inhaler for months, even in person mind you (because we can talk about 2 things per appointment) for them to keep telling me they'd send it in. Never did! Took me calling after hours (with an on call doctor after going to the hospital for an asthma attack) to get it prescribed! After that they keep calling when I have to go to the hospital or an urgent care because I can't be seen by them they call to check on me. Like you couldn't care enough to take care of me properly now you're concerned about my health?? Like I said a joke and a half! I found Lindsey Heilman who's a nurse practitioner to take care of me. Who by the way is amazing! Oh and we can talk about EVERY issue, not just 2!! It's hard to find a good doctor with the insurance we have, I get it, but don't go here if you want to save money. Because this place will eat it up in no time with appointments alone! Plus prescription costs if you have to pay them! Hope this is helpful."
