Pizza Hut,

"Took at least 7-10 minutes to get someone to answer the phone to take our order. Once order was placed, LG super supreme, was told it would be at least an hour for delivery. We elected to pick up., 30 minutes. Arrived to pick up, told it would be another 5 minutes. After 10 minutes our pizza was given to us, after coming out of a warming oven where it had been sitting for several minutes. Once home, the pizza was not cut thoroughly, bottom of the crust was done however the top of the crust was doughy under the toppings. Toppings were sparce and could have been in the oven a little longer also. Too bad pizza hut isn't what it was years ago when it was established."

"The one in ft Wayne I visited was on a Tuesday. And it was awesome. Family game night. Board games for the public to play while eating I had a blast."

"Pizza Hut used to be so good back in the day! But their menu has changed somewhat. I still like the taco chicken pizza and they have the best thin crust out of all pizza places. Their garlic cheese bread is still bomb. Certain things are just not the same though. Like the bbq chicken pizza? They use mozzarella cheese on it instead of cheddar now and it just isn’t good to me. The alfredo used in the baked pasta is super bland and watery. Their veggie pizza is good! I hate that they stopped offering the crust toppers! That was my favorite thing about their pizza besides the crust. It just seems like the pizza options have changed because they’ve added so many other food items to the menu. Idk… but we still come when we have a taste for something specific. The remodeling looks great! Service is neither good or bad."

"Ordered online took forever to get here that’s not the issue though my daughter but into a piece of metal in her boneless wings looks like a needle called and they expect me to drive across town and bring them all the food back to get a refund no apology or anything they acted like they didn’t care at all"
