"Everyone was very nice and very professional. I walked in, they took my order, I ran some more errands, came back a little early but they didn't mind me waiting. They were pretty busy, but they had everything flowing so smoothly."

"I had ordered 10 pizzas to be taken warm to a customer, but somehow the app didn't work correctly. Of course I didn't check my email for confirmation, so when I showed up to get my pizzas, they didn't exist. The person helping me, and I assume it was the manager, retook my order, had it ready in less than 20 minutes, and matched as closely as possible the discounts I had gotten on the app. The pizzas were a hit and I was so thankful for the amazing help the staff gave me at this Pizza Hut. Obviously I will be back."

"When we order the Italian bake pasta I like to add onion and green peppers, it really adds flavor. Every time at the West State location they say they aren't supposed to do that or outright refuse. Sometimes they will charge a upcharge, sometimes just go ahead and add it, and a couple times happily add it. It doesn't make sense they would rather refuse my order than add something that can't cost them but a couple cents. But the end result is yummy and that makes me happy."

"I appreciate this location because they are quick, on time, and have never had my order incorrect. I rarely order during peak hours, but even on a weekend they did well. Can't comment on the food due to everyone having different tastes, but this location makes it consistently and never had severe issues like burned or raw. Will continue to order from here!"

"I don't understand what is with this location pizza hut. I ordered a hand tossed crust and it's nothing like it used to be or other locations. No seasoning, definitely not what it used to be and no flavor.. totally bland. They are skimpy on toppings and this isn't the 1st time. Their melts, the new melts on menu, don't bother. You'll get a crust and minimal cheese and barely a topping inside. I wish, so wish Pizza Hut was as good as it used to be! Maybe they should take tips for "how to" from the Defiance Ohio Pizza Hut!"
