"Called the number to place an order for carry out. Had to talk to two “call center” people. Neither spoke clearly enough to understand. They had to transfer me to the store. Then the worker put me immediately on hold. Then when he answered he said he was working alone and not taking orders and just call the call center. This was a special treat my daughter earned for good grades at school and the one store would not accept the coupon for a free small cheese pizza and the other store would not accept an order. This is ridiculous. Why is so hard to get good service for pizza? Just sad for such a big company to be so far helpful."

"Terrible service. On the phone for 11 minutes. I was a half hour a way and they could not do a half hour. Only 15 minutes. So I had cold pizza. Not accommodating at all. And did not have the extra garlic butter I ordered."

"This place always disappoints me. I have always loved papa johns over every other pizza but this location makes it NOT worth it. I ordered my pizza and breadsticks ONLINE because I had a coupon that specifically says “ Try us online for 25% off entire regular priced items only when ordering ONLINE”. I paid in cash when arriving to the store and my coupon was refused. I know she simply did not want to do it, she could have if she wanted to but she didn’t. I have to check my food every time I order here because they get it wrong consistently. 0/10 would not recommend please go to a different papa johns location. I will never be returning due to the lack of customer service and laziness exhibited by the employees."

"I ordered a large stuffed crust pizza. I got one, but the cheese and toppings made it look like a 10" pizza in the middle of 6 inches of crust. The bottom crust was thinner than their thin crust. The only way to eat it was to roll it up. Who serves a pizza like this? I suggest Papa John's takes a long hard look at their reviews and understand what is happening at this store."
