Jeff Wyler Collision Center in Wilder

"A year ago I'd have recommended this collision center to anyone. But they are now under new management and it has gone way down hill. They had my wife's car for a week to replace the taillight and fix some paint that was damaged in a minor fender bender. The staff was friendly, estimate was quick and reasonable, and I was not disappointed in the time it took, but that's where the pleasant experience stopped. Upon pickup, they hadn't done all the work listed in the estimate. Said to bring it back any time and they'd do it right away while we waited. We did a couple of weeks later, sat in the waiting room for a couple of hours, asked how much longer it would be, only then to be told their painter wasn't in that day and they'd have to keep it over the weekend. No loaner cars available. Once they did get it done, I wasn't thrilled with the quality (you could still tell with a close inspection). I'd recommend going somewhere else."

"Took the Jeep in for factory warranty repair for oxidation on the doors and hoods. Common issue with JL's. After 2wks and picking up the jl I noticed a lot of over spray. Took it back to be buffed out had to take it back again because dull spots. After another week picked up and still has dull spots. Staff was nice enough but quality of work was pathetic! So I buffed it out myself today and did a better job than they did."

"Brought 2 Jeeps in for corrosion warranty and was lied too. Almost 2 months went by after they took pictures and filled out paperwork. Turns out they didn’t even submit it to Chrysler. They couldn’t produce paperwork, I guess they threw it away. Questioned them why they didn’t submit, they said take it somewhere else. They just wanted to bad mouth Chrysler the company they work for. Ridiculous! Do not use!!!"

"If I could give anything less I star i would would. The people are rude, they had my jeep for 1.5 months and sadly they didn't even fix it right. Now Scott the manager now wants me to bring it back but also pay for my own rental since it no longer falls under my insurance. They completely dropped the ball and they don't want to do anything to make it right. My headlight was not even putin correct it's flopping around my hus does not close right, there is over spaying, as well as other issues. I got my car back and had all kinds of lights on as well, this is not normal and the fact Scott test drive my jeep and gave it the all clean shows that they are completely Is incompetent of realizing their short falls. Please save your money, energy, and time and take it elsewhere."
