"Showed up to this shop for the first time to discover that the store was closed despite it being during their posted business hours. Between 9am-11pm. I left and came back to try again an hour later only to see the door still locked and no one inside but the open light is still on as well as all of the other lights. The owner of this business clearly does not care if it makes money. They might as well close the shop now because with the way they seem to be running this business it won’t be open much longer anyway. The owner of this shop left a comment on my review stating that the cashier left sick and their replacement would be there in 40 minutes. However I stopped at this shop twice within a 2 hour period and it was still empty and locked. If you are the owner of the business you would not let the shop sit empty for 2 hours. And if you have no employee to work you should be working and making sure your business is making money. This owner clearly does not know how to run a business and does not care about making money. Because of this situation I will never give this shop my money and I would rather drive to Geneva than give this shop my money."

"No variety. Worker was not knowledgeable. Unimpressed. Also selling counterfeit vape juice! Must have "born date" on the bottle."

"Great local vape shop, product selection is good(seems to be more focused on the novice to casual vaper which is the majority), prices are solid(lower than many places) and the people working there(met a few different guys so far) seem to be chill and just down to Earth. Not sure how knowledgeable they are when it comes to the advanced vape user, but they have great recommendations for disposable vapes as well as Delta 8 products."

"Will not be going back. Two people were working but weren't very helpful. More interested in what flavor vape she and he wanted to try than helping a customer. This was on November 6th."
