"The worst. Gave them several times to turn their lives around. However I will applaud the condemning. It's inevitable. Don't buy anything; they will make excuses to contradict what they told you the last time you bought a faulty product. Which is to not use it and bring it back, and they will honor an exchange. All falsified. Bad customer experiences leads to closures of buildings(long term). I mean look at Burger King. You are on the right track. All for a 20 dollar water pipe. I mean really!!! I literally drove somewhere else. But you'll get yours. 4.1 and dropping. Hell it was 4.5 2 years ago. Bankruptcy is a slippery slope."

"So me and my fiance have been going there since before our daughter was born, so before Nov 2022, and they have gotten this new girl in, short with short blonde and brown hair, she denied me like two weeks ago because she didn't want to take my change and then last week she took 30 dollars off his card and didn't even give him what he paid for nor refunded the money, he had to go in the next day to talk to a manager(he got a discount on a vape) and he got told that we are a problem even though it's that worker, today they denied him service, so we won't be going back there ever again, only had one favorite there anyway and it was the short long brown hair lady"

"Honestly, there was just nothing impressive about this place to me. The staff was unfriendly, the name “cheap tobacco” doesn’t even stand true, as their prices are overpriced. With the fact that there are other options around, and even if there weren’t, I would rather drive further away to get something than come here. Was ignored when I was in the store and the girl working was too busy on her phone."
