"Had phone appointment with Eric scheduled today at 4:30. He never called so 10 minutes later I called the office. The staff knew nothing about the call. They advised me to call his cell. I called him and he didnt even apologize for the trouble. He asked me my concern and in about 30 seconds I explained my reason for calling. He started screaming at me about how my company has all the power and what did I want HIM to do about it! I was stunned! I have never dealt with unprofessionalism on this level in my 55 years of life. After I explained what I wanted him to possibly do, he yelled at me more. I asked him why he was "screaming" and he said "Why did you have to talk to me? you're dealing with my para legal?. He then abruptly hung up. Absolutely unbelievable. He's a loose cannon. Sure would never use his services!! BEWARE!!!"
