"I recently received an unexpected notice from Weltman, Weinberg & Reis as well as a court summons notifying me that one of their clients, Progressive Insurance Company, had filed a lawsuit against me and they intended to garnish my wages! As a 34 year old battling cancer; unable to work and living off of my monthly SSI Disability benefits I was overwhelmed at the thought of losing the only my only source of income! In an attempt to resolve and negotiate the debt I reached out to Weltman, Weinberg & Reis to explain not only my medical situation but my financial situation as well! I am extremely disappointed to inform you that 99% of the individuals at the firm I spoke to were incredibly rude and extremely condescending during my interactions with them even stating explicitly they had no intention of or obligation to try to come to any sort of amicable solution, resolution or agreement with me! In fact, the only individual at WW&R that I spoke to that was extremely helpful, respectful and sympathetic was a guy named Edward!"

"Horrible horrible people. This company has to be the worst I have ever had to deal with. Rude, unreasonable & underhanded. Will do anything to collect a debt even when you are cooperating. Life isn’t black & white all the time. After all this world has over come to get back on track it’s remarkable how rich people & privileged people seem to look down on someone who is having trouble getting their life & jobs back to some normalcy. There are many other options for people who have fallen on hard times. This company gives zero about empathy, understanding or cooperation."
