"Sadly, after reading the rest of these reviews, realize I'm in the same boat... I was hit by someone who ran a red light, I have previous spinal fusions that were damaged by this wreck. My life has gone completely down hill ever since, the doctors (that I've paid for out of pocket....) have told me I will never get better. I was told by these people It would be 6 to 8 weeks for an offer, and just like everyone else says, they have completely stopped answering the phone or text's. We're right past november 8th, so it seems to me they just locked it down for 2 years to let the Statute of limitations run out so I can get nothing from the insurance company. Thank you for ruining my life and letting me die slowly. If I could give 0 stars I would."

"I really got bum rushed after my accident, I signed something for them to represent me, but they are not returning calls, sending a release Theresa Davis which is paralegal to Amanda Burgess I can’t get the help I need because they will not send a release. I need to see dr.‘s but very hard to do when they don’t know where to send the bill, so I have not seen anyone except the hospital and they did nothing as well. The other insurance has taken full responsibility and I can’t talk to them either, The Keating Firm is keeping me from being treated."
