"Poor product description, poor customer service, complete rip off. I bought office bag for travel based upon the description. When the bag arrived the computer pocket had no padding and is beside the handle that goes up and down (WITH NO PADDING). However, the worst part is that the box was damaged on when I received the bag. I took the bag out of the box, realized the item's description was not accurate and put it back in the box and returned the item. A few weeks later they sent it back to me and said the box was damaged and could not be resold, and denied my refund. Very unethical business practices. Buyer beware."

"Wow so glad I found this store and i bought the refurbished LSP9T at 75% off for $1638.05 from them and fast shipping. Note if you buy this projector since it comes directly from Samsung they will only give 3 months warranty on it. So it's worth getting the three year warranty offered from this site. Also this projector is simply amazing and way better than my POS Optoma.. Kudos to Jordan for excellent customer service."

"I had recently purchased the Lenovo tab p12 Pro and I was looking for the keyboard set for it. Compsource was one of the few places that I could find it and so I ordered it. They immediately assigned me an account rep (Jordan) and he was right there to answer my questions via email and I used that while I was looking for an ETA. The keyboard set showed up brand new unopened box sealed in plastic and perfect condition and I received it sooner than I expected. "Salesmen was great to deal with and easy to place order but rack showed up damaged and once I told them the response was start an RMA there isn’t anything much to talk about. I was hoping maybe there was an alternative but the salesperson wouldn’t allow the conversation to start. Rather just talk to the returns department. That said it was easier to call the manufacturer they were much more helpful and offered to fully replace the unit. That being the case I don’t think I’ll be doing any future business with CompSource."

"They charged me $38 to deliver a $22 item so I could get it in one day. I even added $4.99 for rush order processing. FedEx did not receive the item until after it was supposed to be delivered!!!!!! Then they made it right immediately. It was their shipping service that screwed up. They refunded the shipping fees. I will use them again."
