"It would be more realistic to leave 0 stars. Erie was fine, but choose any other agent. You will not get responses for days or weeks at a time if you go through this guy. Erie corporate will also not help you go through another agent. They will tell you that you have to drop Erie completely to get a new agent. Worst customer service. This is what I ultimately did and it took days because he doesn’t respond. Still never received my prorate from my insurance cancellation."
