We had problem with our truck it wasnt starting, we called this service, problem was with wire as per the mechanic, and he didnt have the part, he charged for the road call without fixing anything, he said he will be getting that part, from the dealer fix it in the morning. However in the morning he just lost, never answered my call, when I called from the different number he answered after he recognized my voice cut the call and immediatly and never answered my calls."
