"I brought my vehicle here for an alignment. I was told they could not do the alignment due to my vehicle having bad parts. They told me that I needed new ball joints and a new tie-rod. They gave me an estimate for 875.00 plus the additional for an alignment. I found this to be odd considering I just had those parts replaced in the prior year. I took my vehicle back to my mechanic and ask him to take a look. My mechanic found that my ball joints and tie-rod, in fact, did not need to be replaced. He took me back and showed me on my vehicle where the ball joints and tie-rod were located and how he tested to see if they were bad. Please be careful when bringing your car to NTB. They will try to up charge you for unnecessary work. I will never be bringing my be bikes back here and anyone should think twice before just getting any work done here. Unacceptable in my opinion."

"I noticed that one tire was going flat and decided to make a quick stop at NTB to see if they could fit me in. They were able to get my car in to check the tire and perform an overdue oil change within 20 minutes of my arrival. My tire was under warranty and they told me there was no charge for the fix, just for the oil change and an old filter I was out the door and driving again within 1.5 hours of walking in the door and am very pleased with the service I received."
