I got the smallest portion at the end of the settlement memorandum. They took their 33% out of the opposing parties insurance payment. Turns out their (KNR) portion at 33%, was higher than my portion , after the medical bills were paid. Instead of countering the offer Insurance company sent us. KNR had my Chiropractor take lesser than expected so my portion would be larger"

"I’ve had several cases with KNR and always spoke very highly of them until this case I am currently fighting. It’s a pretty simple auto accident and I have to call and harass them just to get a hold of my attorney. Whose name I don’t even know. Because he hadn’t introduced him self or returned any of my calls on the 2 phone calls that I did get through to him he was very short with me and did not give me any information. I’ve called and complained to the firm about this lawyer and nothing has been done it’s absolutely poor and ineffective assistance. And I will definitely be filing complaints with the BBB, The state of ohio, and will be leaving as many bad reviews as humanly possible I absolutely do not appreciate being ignored or my money being held up by a lawyer who can’t be bothered !"
