"Worst company I've ever worked for!! First off the management dropped my pay by a whole dollar during a holiday paid paycheck and didn't tell me they were doing so. Took them over 3 months to set up my direct deposit. 23 year old boss also would flirt with his employees. The manager and assistant manager would always be on their phones and would even be on them while talking to you, then proceeding to ask what I said when talking to him. Very unprofessional ran business and would never recommend anyone to work for them! Any cleaning job is better than this one!"

"Service done at out facility was poor. One cleaner was found multiple times sleeping in the facility, sleeping in their vehicle, using the workout equipment, and sleeping on the workout equipment. Researched the weekend crew not working their scheduled hours and bringing in guests to use the facility. When presented to the higher ups, the only thing that changed was the sleepy person got a handler and the other was told not to bring people in. They did let the sleeper cleaner go for a week but brought him back because they are having problemz finding workers. Service did not get better at any point. Unworked hours due to sleep and not working was roughly 20 hours a week. When presented with the unworked hours, they did not offer remedy the issue. If they cannot find workers, they should not be seeking new contracts. Stay clear of this company."

"I am familiar with two employees from this company. One fills in when the first is on vacation. The first continously tries and succeeds at reducing the cleaning they have to do. The work environment has become hostel and dirty! They have faced zero consequences. One bad apple has spoiled any opinion I have of thos company."

"The hiring and HR is extremely unprofessional and unorganized! I was called for an interview, went well. I was told I would start at a much higher pay and then contract said much lower. When I talked to them about it, she said she never told me that. The communication was horrible. I called and texted and never got replies. I showed up for my first day (as contract stated) bc they never replied to my starting date question, I wasn't suppose to start that day. I was put on pushing a broom(not at all my job description at hiring) in a very small floor coverage area. I do not recommend employment from my experience!"

"I am highly disappointed in this service. I purchased a parking pass for the two months that I needed for the East Usquare garage in Clifton. I noticed that they raised their prices since the last time I checked and their methods of prorating month payments is awful. There were also two periods where I had to move my car (one time to the West garage) just because of maintenance. They are very rude and unresponsive to email. They also don't give any warning via text/email that cars need to be evacuated from a specific area of the garage by a certain day or else it will be towed. I do not recommend this company (or at least the Clifton location) to anyone."
