"I do not recommend Big Bob’s carpet unless you will be installing it yourself. They have their money and we still have a broken fan while the person who was supposed to fix the fan still has the piece. We have been waiting a week now for the repair and was told that he would come Saturday to get it fixed. That never happened. No call or text. They only cared about getting the check for the work done but not the actual repair that their installation guy did. I will never recommend this store to anyone for these reasons alone. You spend $3600 and expect things to be done in a timely manner. But still we wait. Ridiculous."
