"dont shop here, came feb 2 2024. Lights were turned off on us 30mins prior to close and associates werent willing to find any items in the back. Item was listed as multiple in stock and available for pickup but because it wasnt on the shelf no one would find it elsewhere. Was told to check back in a few weeks. Will be supplying my farm elsewhere."
"The most amazing manager works here. My tow truck had issues and I was stuck in the parking lot, she came out and asked if I needed anything, loaned me a wrench and I was able to get back to Colorado. All the employees were so kind and were rooting me on. Made me want to move to this town. This store has heart ❤️!!"
"Great experience with the store and manager Gary. I bought a power washer, which did not work properly. I called the manufacturer and they couldn’t help fix or troubleshoot the machine. Gary made things right, and I was able to pick up a new PW at a different location I shop here for pet supplies Highly recommended"
"My recent visit to this Tractor Supply was enough to change my mind about ever going back to that store. We drove over 25 minutes to buy a bag of whole corn but when we got there there were not any bags on the floor/shelves to buy. We went to the cashier and asked if they had any more bags of whole corn and he told us that they had some but may be still on the truck. As he was telling us that a female store employee came walking by so the cashier asked if the corn was still on the truck and she said "no, it's off the truck and sitting by the back door" and the cashier told her we needed a bag and she told him/us that she was busy and didn't have time to go get us a bag and walked away. What kind of customer service is that? Isn't that their jobs to help customers get what they came for? I drove 25 minutes to buy something they had but just didn't want to go to back room and get it for us. I won't be back."
