"Terrible customer service. Purchased a $160 car battery 23 months ago. When battery started to die, took it back only to find what I thought was a 24 month warranty is only 18 months! $160 for 18 months!! I thought it was two years! The blow hard manager told me his version of what their warranty is. It has lost them a customer for life. And I had used them for 18 years. New management is needed at this company. Don’t go here for anything you depend on."
