"Directions provided when calling are out of date. Says to turn after Amerimart but signage has changed. Zwanenberg can put up 2 signs, 1 with their name & another directing employees & visitors but don't provide deliveries with any other than another business to go by. I guess they don't think Truckers deserve their own sign. No FCFS, appointment only but then they run late so don't worry about being on time. I had a 9 am appointment, arrived the night prior & when other trucks came in the next day I had to move out of the 1 & only dock they have for meat deliveries back out into the hill & wait for them to call me. 2 hours past appointment & finally called to move into the lot to wait for another truck to be unloaded. Which will likely be another 4 hours, as that is how long it took for the 1st truck to be unloaded. Then another 4 hours, likely AFTER their lunch break, before I'm finally unloaded. Since getting in here can be a pain in the butt. See pics."

"Not bad just need to follow road direction, make sure read the sign before turning in to the drive way. Its up the hill Before proceeding go ask somebody first , there shipping and receiving is two diff building, presence of mind needed,not the worst it just the parking area is unorganized, this place are old facilities made when semi does not exist yet, but over all it will be hard depend on your driving skills!"

"Not at all truck friendly. Lots of tight turns and small spaces. Employees Park all over. Unloading was fairly quick."

"This place is definitely not trucker friendly. First you have to drive through urban Cincinnati Ohio to get to it. Small narrow streets and big heavy trucks were never met to be together. Secondly, the warehouse sits up on a hill overlooking many homes and several small businesses. And thirdly, and perhaps most ridiculous of all, there are no street signs directing you to to appropriate driveway, as Zuanenburg has 2 of them. An entry and an exit. You simply have to make a guess as to which driveway to take. As I found out, if you pick wrong, there is no room to turn around up on the hill, as cars and trailers are everywhere. The driveway to the south is the entrance. But no one tells you until you check in at the office. Good luck."
