"Never had used this company but what I did have was a scheduled job interview that was set up with me and Paula. Not once but twice. The 2nd interview, after I rearranged my afternoon to be available for her, was canceled 20 minutes prior to the interview time by Paula, she apologized for the last minute cancellation via email and assured me she would contact me the following week to reschedule the interview. I reached out to her on three separate occasions for a follow up and never once did she have enough respect to respond back me. Even if the position she wanted to interview me for was no longer available, considering that I made sure I was always available for her. She could have at least made time to be available and had enough respect to let me know instead of not responding as she assured she would. The purpose of my review. I hope is an eye-opener to say that professionalism goes both ways. It is a 2 Way Street, regardless if it’s for a potential employee or a potential client."

I was kept up to date on every element of what was going on via email. I felt like I was being taken care of.
