"This company as an absolute joke. I made arrangements to make sure someone was home three days in a row. The first two days he rescheduled after he was supposed to be here. Today he never showed again. When I finally got ahold of him he says he completely forgot. Told him I know longer want his service and he hung up on me. Save yourself the trouble and just find someone else. Literally ANYONE else. Hell I bought my own chimney sweep so you could call me and I bet I’d do a better job."

"I certainly understand the frustration some of the lower reviewers had. We had to reschedule a few times as well but that was discussed when we first talked. They said they would try to work me into the schedule and my wife was working from home so I said it was fine. Called/texted with me to keep me updated. Incredibly fair pricing and were great with letting my kid watch. Plan to use them again in the future. ***Update*** Months after the project started it still isn't done. I have texted with them for a while to come complete the job but each time I am told they are either not working that day or will call me back to schedule but never do. They always have a reason but enough is enough. Let me be clear, there work was very good. They were VERY reasonably priced. I gave them the benefit of the doubt because the last part they need to install is not keeping me from using my fireplace. If your service call is something that can be done in a day and you don't mind waiting, they are worth the money you will save. If you need something done promptly, I can't recommend them anymore."

"They did an excellent job installing a chimney liner to my boiler and hot water tank. Communication with Bob and Robert was great, they were very knowledgeable about my system and gave some pointers to help with the chimney maintenance. Price was very affordable and walked me through the finished product. Thanks!"

"I would not recommend this company at all. They did not show up or call for their first appointment, When I called the calls go straight to a voicemail box that is full and can not accept messages.They were 6 hours late to their second appointment. The day after they were here the chimney cap blew off and has been hanging on by 1 bolt. I have called repeatedly and the five times that I have gotten through Kelly has promised that Bob would be out to fix it. so far Bob has no call / no show for these appointments. I talked to Bob today and he was VERY rude about the complaint, I now have to pay another company to fix his work."
