"I've worked for them they're horrible the workers and managers half-a** everything at any job I've been on I've been to establishments where I've heard them say how horrible they were"
"Edited to add info: Spoke with Becky over the phone trying to find assistance in getting a copy of tax information for a former employee. Not only was she rude with our initial interaction, when I called back to request more information I needed when I was working with ADP (their payroll company)[turns out ADP is NOT the payroll company, Becky plain out lied] I was hung up on immediately then ignored when I called back, this was similar interaction I’ve heard happens a lot from other people who deal with Becky. The business owner should realize the person who answers your phone is the public face of their company and doesn’t matter how good the company is, your public representation is the face of your company. I have worked in the past with the public so I understand you get more with a pleasant attitude, and that was what I extended to Becky in both interactions. If the W2 issue is not resolved, I will escalate this to the IRS, who will follow up with the company if the matter isn’t resolved in 10 days. This issue can easily be resolved by the employer, as I’m very familiar with ADP and payroll, as I did this for decades. This is quite literally an attitude issue and not a problem with ability. My phone call was returned today, and I was preoccupied and Becky left a message, already being hostile and unprofessional, she made a pretty poor excuse of “the phones went down” which I would have been sympathetic with, if Becky hadn’t terminated the call on our first interaction as I was wishing her a nice day. I want to add, in the original conversation with Becky, I had requested that myself and the former employee would Come retrieve a copy of the w2 from the place of business, but I was told to go on ADP. I thought this would have been the easiest route as the employer can easily reprint the w2, I do it multiple times during tax season from my employees losing their w2 s. Becky also in the voicemail said, she couldn’t give me the information I needed (from the second call I was hung up on), without knowing the information I needed is literal public record and anyone with 15 mins and Google can find it, which I did, I had just thought to save time I would call. I also literally had the former employee by my side during the phone calls, she had just asked if I could do the talking. I stand by my original comment of Becky gives this company a bad public image."
"My brother Jeff is the owner he's a good guy people take advantage of his good kindness he will help you out but if you're looking for a job he'll give you the hours and he'll pay you fair. But if you're a slacker and like to play on your phone like most young people do I suggest you don't go there and waste his time. Now if you or a hard worker he'll give you all the hours you can handle."
"My brother is the boss and he has hard work and dedication and determination to take care of his clients and customers also great prices and a very high expectations on cleaning n doing the job right the first time."
"This company can not be trusted in your building with out supervision. I own a business that rents space from a building owner. The building owner hired this company to clean the building. Not only do they do a sub par job of cleaning, I caught their employees removing priced merchandise from my store after hours without permission. All while they were supposed to be cleaning. These actions were caught on tape. This was no accident (as the owner of the business would like to tell you), our high definition cameras show the employee sitting on the floor for nearly 30 mins examining the items she took. After confronting this company about the issue the owner was able to return part of what was stolen. The owner of the company refused to take any action against his employees for taking merchandise. BEWARE"
