"Honestly had an decent experience until recently. They cleaned our house a few times and in Christmas 2019 I got my wife the gift of monthly cleaning. Liked their service for general house cleaning. Had them do the carpets once and was not impressed but that isn’t why I’m writing this. Stopped using their service due to Covid but would have still used them for everything but the carpet cleaning. Well, I had someone show up to my house from this company to collect money from invoices that I already paid online through their website. How unprofessional! Even if I hadn’t paid those invoices that is WAY out of line. What are you trying to do here, shake people down? I told him maybe next time start with a phone call!"
