"This device is junk I have had electrical problems ever since it was installed. And if you need assistance they don't answer the phone. I recommend passing up the interlock program. Now I'm stuck with a broken down truck that will be locked out in 6 hrs and 75 Miles away from the service center. Just do the 6 months. Not to mention how dangerous it can become when the device acts up while driving."
