"I ordered 2 freezers and was told that they would be ready to be picked up in the store on Tuesday November 07, when I called they were not there and I was told Thursday after 10 am. I took off from work and went to pick them up only to find out that they had not made it onto the truck from the warehouse in Cincinnati again. I was told that I could go pick them up in Cincinnati myself. I cancelled the order and got a full refund. Won't be doing business with this unreliable place again."
"Purchased a new washer dryer set through the Florence location. The salesman was very helpful answering all of our questions. We were still shopping around and this was our first stop. At the end of the day we decided to get the set from here. We ordered it online as they had the same deal. Elected in store pick up as delivery was out of the service area and would cost a good bit extra. Set was supposed to be delivered from the Cincy warehouse on Monday to Florence. Went to pick it up on Wednesday and they could only find the washer, dryer was nowhere to be found. The in store salesman and online salesman we worked with did offer a couple of solutions but we did not find them adequate for the huge inconvenience on their part. We asked for just free delivery of the new dryer that they lost and they said no. We ended up with a scratch and dent floor model of the same dryer for only a small discount. Not too impressed with that but after spending nearly an hour in the store trying to come to an agreement, after driving 30 minutes with the trailer to pick it up, that was the option we chose."
"Originally purchased my washer amd dryer set as it was in stock. I was scheduled a delivery 2 weeks out as they had them on hand at the warehouse. Week of delivery comes and I call to get an eta or delivery window to tell my maintenance team and Im told they are no longer in stock and have no eta nor could they give me one as it comes from the manufacturer. When asked why I was sold an in stock product that is now out of stock they told me that the manufacturer didnt update their stock in their system which caused the disruption on their end. I was told by the person who sold it to me that he would contact the manufacturer directly to get an eta on when the warehouse will be restocked and that Id receive a call back. I did not. I had to call back 2 days later after not hearing anything and was told the manufacturer emailed them and stated there were 400 in stock that were to be delivered to the warehouse within the week and that I should follow up on tuesday to see if they had been delivered. I call back on tues and speak with another associate who says they dont have an eta nor had they been delivered and there isnt anything else they can do on their end but wait for the manufacturer to deliver them or give an eta for delivery. I asked what happend to the 400 piece shipment they were supposed to recieve and he restated that there isnt any other information they can give me but that hed have the associate id been working with give me a call back. Again, no call and a few days go by. I call on Saturday and am told he would again call me back but never did. Today I call and finally there is an eta on delivery to the warehouse and its next week and then...as long as it isnt incorrect again...I can schedule delivery the following week. This is now over a month of me initiating every point of contact and follow up on a product I was sold as being in stock to be delivered 2 weeks after purchase. Not to mention ive now paid $400 this month on a product that shouldve been delivered weeks ago, and im out the money im spending at a laundromat unnecessarily. I would not recommend you purchase here unless you take the product home with you that day. Poor service, poor follow up, and who knows when I will actually see the merchandise ive paid for. Heres hoping its not another month of waiting."

"We had a great shopping experience at Appliance Factory while picking out a new refrigerator, but what led me to write a review (which I rarely ever do) is the young man who delivered and helped set up our refrigerator. I wish I had gotten his name, but (in case his employers see this) whoever was in charge of the delivery and installation of a refrigerator for Zachary Robke on 7/24/23 was outstanding. We ran into several hiccups with our refrigerator not fitting the way we had anticipated. When we initially wanted them to take the refrigerator back and planned to get a refund and start over, the man was nothing but kind and professional as he prepared to take the refrigerator back out. However, what was so exceptional was the way he helped us troubleshoot once we decided we instead wanted to try and make it work. He gave us advice on what he had seen customers do in the past in these situations and helped my husband figure out how to take a set of cabinets off our wall. We took up a lot of his time and felt awful about it, but he remained extremely patient, kind, and helpful the entire time and never made us feel like we were inconveniencing him. It was one of those situations where my husband and I hardly could have blamed someone for being obviously frustrated with our situation and all the time it was consuming, yet he never gave the slightest hint of feeling that way and made a very frustrating situating more tolerable for us.
