"I visited your hilliard location last week looking for a new kitchen sink and faucet. You did not display the sink I was looking for and we asked for assistance. After waiting almost 20 min we were told that the person normally in the plumbing dept was upfront helping cashier and was not going to be able to assist. We went home and researched online. We did ultimately purchase thru your website and delivery was fast but not being able to receive help in-store was frustrating."
"Lowes is a horrible company to buy appliances! First thing was delivery was horrible with my freezer. They just dumped and left. It needed leveled. Second will not shut off. Third there were scratches all over the top. Fouth... Freezing up on the number two. I have had it less than a few months and have to constantly defrost it. Went to ask for refund as I am almost positive it was a return item. Because I received no paperwork with it and all the scratches on top of it plus it the seal is bad. Lowes response was to send someone out to fix it. I declined for the fact there is something wrong with it in so many areas so I am supposed to throw it in a warranty category. I dont think so... Buyer beware YOU ONLY HAVE 2 DAYS NOT 90 DAYS to return any appliances back to them! Please look over your purchase carefully because they will send out floor or used appliances. Hoping you dont notice. They give you a phone number after you post. DONT CALL IT.... it's a joke you just get shoved around in their cue.....again horrible!!! Service im seriously considering class action law suit....im number 5 in my friends that have gotten burnt by this store!! If that is my case i am sure there are many more!"
"I went to Lowe's in Hilliard for some floor paint. Bryan K. was working in the paint center all by himself and he masterfully waited on 3 customers simultaneously, including me. He went above and beyond to ensure all of my questions were answered. He provided the same high level customer service to the other two customers as well. One customer was waiting patiently while a bucket of paint was being mixed or stirred in a high powered machine. Another customer was asking question about the various types of paint and trying to select the perfect color. I was there to get a sample of floor paint. Bryan has years of experience and endless knowledge and it shows! Somehow he even managed to get all 3 customers, including me, to briefly chat with one another. That's not the norm for me. I actually enjoyed this experience. Bryan answered all of my questions and even prepared a color sample that he painted on a wooden stirring stick. He hand wrote the brand of paint and color information on the stick in case I returned to purchase in the coming days. He also answered all of my questions regarding paint removers. I had never met Bryan before, but I will definitely seek him out if I return to Lowe's in Hilliard. I had passed several other associates that treated me as if I was invisible, but Bryan was able to turn my experience around and I couldn't be happier. I've said it before and I'll say it again - great customer service is just as important, if not more important, to me as the product or service I am browsing or purchasing."
