"Today is super bowl Sunday and Kroger managers or whoever decided to put few cashier's and one costumer service girl (who was clocking out by the way and still took customer's thru her clock out time )I politely ask an associate to put my cart of some 150$ worth of food back because the lines were backed up to the cheese and butter isle.the pharmacy saw the kaos and shut the gates so they wouldn't get swamped.im not sure if the CEOs realize that 8 customers Left carts of food and went elsewhere to patronize.this site is going down to be the slum of Kroger's if you don't know. And maybe you want to take a look at this and strategies you can use to get and keep employees working for Kroger unless you have made enough money to not even give a sh care. sincerely a long time Kroger customer"
"Great place to shop for great deals and also pharmacy is excellent and Robin helps me out alot explaining how and what about the medicine i receive!! Great job!!"
"Why can't at 930am you have one lane open with a cashier. Do you realize how much time it takes to scan and then bag a whole cart full of groceries? And you have 3 self checkouts, and 2 with actual room. No one offers to help when you have a ton of groceries, but the next person has to stand there and wait for you to bag everything up. You should really have 1 lane for people with alot of stuff, it would really be helpful and not make shopping there so stressful. Or tell ur employees to step in and help bag when there's a alot."
"Why employees sitting on benches intended for customers? Why because they say if they walk to their break room their break world be over however what about the customers Disabled like myself that need to take a breath we can not sit because employees taking up all the seats. How does that make sense? We have to bag our own groceries to! Can I get my paycheck for ringing my own groceries and bagging them I need the extra money to pay for said groceries."
"Only one cashier on duty everytime I'm in there. Lines that literally wrap around the store. I'm not sure why they can't put another person on register when this happens because there are always people standing around talking to each other. It's not like they don't have enough people. Or get one of those managers off the floor and behind a belt already. It's crazy. Produce section is okay, but I'd stay away from that "fresh meat" counter. Walked in there one day a few weeks ago, and picked up a pork neck on display that was absolutely COVERED in blue green mold. I showed this to the person working behind the counter and they shrugged. It's dirty. You can see that the counter isn't being cleaned properly, and there's a distinctive smell coming from it which confirms that fact. I get that working there probably sucks, but this is a huge hub for the people of this community and they deserve better. EDIT: Now 3 times in three weeks I've found blue mold on cold food items. Blue mold on steaks. WHITE hamburger being sold "on clearance" . Today I found blue mold all over a pack of cheese. *CLEARLY* there are storage and refrigeration issues here. I've reported to corporate three times, and it's still the same. It's pretty obvious that temperatures are wrong when there's so much condensation inside the deli rack you can't see the products inside the case."
