I'd politely apologized and handed the item back but they still searched my purchases at checkout and again on the way out. If it's that big of a deal, put in the effort to rope the section off outside of hours instead of harassing your customers!"
"The store and its service have professionally gotten worse over the last couple of years. They are consistently out of staple items, the produce is not the quality it used to be, and it seems they would rather send everyone through the self checkout instead of opening additional registers. I started shopping here to avoid this at other stores even though prices are a little higher."
"Come here all the time and I love the set up and variety, but I’m sorry to say the deli is the place where time stands still. Nicest people there but to get two different items in under 20 minutes is almost impossible. Perhaps increasing staffing or an order kiosk to increase efficiency would be huge. Order then shop while they cut and then pickup would be awesome."
