"I've gone here before with no problems. I recommended to my wife to go and I will NEVER do that again. They argued with her about her after market tires needing 80 psi. They want to let air out stating that factory says 38! They aren't factory tires! Did not scan her Vin tag to know anything about the truck. Question her as to the engine size. And to top it off, THEY SPULLED OIL ON HER ENGINE AND DID NOKT CLEAN IT UP! NEVER AGAIN! a 2018 Ford F150 is not that hard to handle, except for the guts at Take 5!"

"Pulled up today to get an oil change, but was not welcomed! The rudest service ever without any greeting at all. Handed me a water, said 45 mins to an hr wait in an annoyed tone and walked off! I went to another location about 2 miles away and happily waited over an hour since the mechanic was alone today. However he greeted me proper and made me aware of the wait and why as soon as I arrived."

"Been coming here for years for the low prices. Recently got a new vehicle, came up for an oil change and was shocked to see how much their pricing increased. $100 for a basic oil change now. Also their coupon system was “down” so they couldn’t take my $25 off. Will never be back."

"Very professional and reasonably fast. I'd rather have a good job than a fast job. Only problem I experienced was that the Veterans 25% discount was not applied to my bill. I caught it when I got home. I intend to show them my receipt at my next oil change. With a $130 bill, 25% off is a lot of cash."
