"I've had my home and auto insurance with Malinas Insurance Agency for almost 20 years. Never really needed service until I hit a deer driving home from work the other night. I e-mailed the agency in the morning, and got a call back almost immediately. They started the process, where an adjuster called later that morning, and referred me to a auto body shop. The shop offered an appointment that day to examine the car, order parts, and offered me a rental car. The shop works directly with my insurance. I pay them my deductible, and they handle everything else. Could not be easier, and I could not be happier with the service, from start to finish. A+ to Nemec and Malinas!!"
