"Quoted $250 to replace front headlight on Kia Forte, $148.50 labor and $89.87 for headlight because “the headlight was in a difficult location to remove.” Went to Shymskes on State Road in Parma, $32.00 total labor and headlight total. Confirmed headlight was easy to remove and replace in less than 20 minutes. Shameful."

"I stopped to have my vehicles battery checked because I suspected a problem. After a long wait for over an hour I was informed that my battery was indeed defective and needed replacement. I was further informed that I would have to leave my vehicle overnight because there was no suitable replacement in stock. This was unacceptable. After being charged $40 for the battery check I went to a nearby AutoZone. My battery was checked immediately for free and replaced with cheaper one then the previous quoted for Conrads. The entire process literally to a few minutes. I doubt I'll ever do business with Conrads every again"

"My skid plate came loose suddenly, so I stopped in to the closest place to see if I could have it refastened or removed entirely. The receptionist seemed reluctant to help me out because they were closing within the hour. One of the mechanics walked by and said it would cost about $80+. I said no thanks and drove a little further to an auto repair shop that fixed it within 15 minutes for $20. What a joke."

"Oil change and replacing of blades shouldn’t take 2 1/2 hours and then 3 charges on my cards and none of them make sense?? Now I have to wait for a charge to fall off. Do better Conrad’s, right before the holidays too what a joke."

"My girlfriend took our vehicle in for a 9A.M appointment for 4 tires. We wanted to keep one of the back tires as they had very little wear. The idea was to buy a rim and have a full-size spare. They told her the car wouldn't be ready until 1 P.M.. The tires that we wanted were not in stock, contrary to what the website said. The ones they had were 50% more expensive. She called back at 2 P.M. and was put on hold for nearly 20 minutes. When she reached someone, they informed us that the vehicle was ready. When the vehicle was picked up, they didn't have our tire. They went and looked in the back for one and brought up the front drive tire. It has the least tread and a plug in it. We picked up a nail at one time, and i had to fix it. The girl told her it must be the newest one we bought. All the tires were the same age as they were the factory tires, when we bought the car new. I should have taken care of this myself. I feel as if they took advantage of her. We will not be using this company for any future repairs or purchases."
