"I want to just express my absolute disgust for this organization. I've been taking my mom's car to Parma Tire for about 5-10 years. I've taken the car in for tire safety inspections, coolant, and other misc issues. Each time I was told that "Everythings Okay." "No issues has been found. Today I had to take the car to another shop, and found out that the car needs $1,100.00 in repairs from Tire Rot, coolant flush, brake flush, alignment, and sensors. I just want to say, I will NEVER be bringing my cars back to you again. Worthless, and useless service."
