"I really didn't want to buy a new mattress. It's an annoying process that involves laying in a bunch of beds for 5 mins trying to guess if you'll get a good night's sleep while fighting off the sales guy that just wants to close the deal. So I did my research and landed on a Helix bed, but the only local place that sold it is rock and roll city. I almost just ordered online but noticed that they had it for a couple hundred dollars cheaper in store so I stopped in and was greeted by Joey Sr. We chatted for a while and at no point did he sell me on anything. He did recommend stopping at the Cleveland location to try out the three different tiers side by side, so I did. Met the younger Joey and had another good low pressure conversation. We settled on a price and I was on my way! The whole experience was about as good as you can ask for when it comes to mattress shopping. I got the mattress I was looking for, supported a local business and saved some money. We did have a little snag post sale and Joey was quick to resolve it."
