"As someone who’s been selling since before you opened. The workers today made me second guess bringing my items to you. I don’t understand why the rudeness is necessary. Items brought esp the shoes were brand new maybe worn once. I can easily go look around and find shoes in worse shape. I’m pretty sure you lost my business after today. UPDATE 1/24 Manager FIXED the wrong and was very apologetic. I will only be dealing with her from now on. She knows me by name and was very alarmed when she heard of what was going on and what happened."

"I went here for the first time today. I was not greeted at the door nor was said goodbye on the way out by the young employees working. By the way, it was dead. I want to say that had a lot of options to pick from and the store was huge. However, I did not find as many name brand items as they promote. I thought the clothing was basic and overpriced. I think Plato’s Closet, Clothing Mentor, Good Will, and Savers do a better job. I think they do an excellent job promoting this store on social media and I really hope they can improve their customer service and product."
