Custom Collision Center

"Filed a claim with my insurance company and chose Custom Collision for my estimate and repair. Once my claim was filed they were to reach out and set up appt for pictures of damage and they never called. I had to reach out to them. I took my vehicle in they took pics, said they'll have my estimate to me and the insurance company by morning, that was almost a month ago. No call, no paper work, no estimate. Nothing. Very very unprofessional!! I will be taking my business elsewhere."
