"I recently visited Hobby lobby and had a fantastic experience. The store was well organized and had a great selection of birthday decorations. The staff was friendly and helpful and I was able to find everything I needed for my 40th birthday party. I picked up some purple flowers, the number 40 and the letter A and some little foil balloons to complement the table as well as little disco ball. I also purchased some rhinestones to glue on my letter A and some paint too. This is the finished product. Overall, I highly recommend Hobby lobby for all your arts and craft needs. "I am compelled to share a concerning experience my mother had at Hobby Lobby during her first U.S. visit in 10 years. Despite speaking basic English and having positive experiences in other stores, she faced unnecessary hurdles here. For a minor $4 return with a receipt in hand, she was asked to show her ID, a request that seemed overly stringent and unwarranted. Additionally, my American wife observed staff members appearing to mock her as she left the store, a behavior that is both unprofessional and unwelcoming. This treatment towards a non-native English speaker was not only disappointing but also deeply concerning. When we sought to address these issues with the Store Manager, Tom, we were met with a dismissive and indifferent attitude. He proceeded to hang up on me multiple times. It's disheartening that my mother's visit to the U.S. included this negative experience. I urge the management at Hobby Lobby to take this feedback seriously, to ensure a more respectful and welcoming environment for all customers, regardless of their language proficiency."

"Huge selections of home goods and craft items! Wow. This store was organized and clean. Lots of items on sale. Great selections of fabric and ribbon. There are lots of seasonal items. I was able to get help in the fabric section quickly. The checkout process was smooth and timely. The employees were helpful and personable. This store is a great and affordable option for anyone trying to find items for decoration or craft use."

"LarderRoom...I visited this Hobby Lobby in search of some seasonal items. It's only early August, and they are already stocked up for Christmas! The store was extremely busy. Good for them. Even when busy the staff was courteous and helpful. They also had a large section of clearance items and it's always nice to find a deal or two. On-site parking is shared with a few businesses on-site but that was not an issue. Plenty of parking!"
